Love this idea! Its about time the general public is made aware of the growing epidemic of hypothyroidism, how devastating it can be, and why it is seemingly one of the only autoimmune diseases that is just completely overlooked and dismissed. I hate to think it might be because it has been looked upon as a "woman's disease"...but something tells me that that is probably the exact reason why. Also can’t wait! Love this idea! I hope so, I'd use one. The problem with thyroid disease versus diabetes, in my opinion, is the lack of marketing potential. Just stand at a pharmacy (I have nothing against them, #1 daughter is a pharmacist), and look at the array of glucose meters, pens, etc. and the variety of glucose-free candies, and it becomes obvious.
