oh, I forgot to mention my heart rate is anywhere from 80-95 usually, which seems a little high. I hope more thyroid would not aggravate that. I'm having my doctor check my iron, and b12, and testosterone too.

Thank you for this website! I think it is right on. I AM afraid to go higher in dose (naturethroid). I only take 1/2 grain, I feel better than when I was on synthroid, but still not "tip top" at all. I think I should go higher, but I always have a heart rate around 84 bpm. It's at 76 on the rare times when I am completely relaxed. I do have a sensitivity to light I believe, and a sensitivity to heat for sure )oddly enough. There "hyper" symptoms make me a little afraid to go higher, even though I think it may be best. By the way...my thyroid doctor (who is EXTREMELY by the book) actually agreed to let me take naturethroid while they still check my blood results (as if that mattered). One small step for dessicated thyroid! Thank you, I am buying this book!

Very helpful. I have one question: What do you do if you have EBV? Which lab test determines if it is active?
