Hundreds of millions of individuals worldwide are affected by thyroid problems. Many of our now-deceased family members have been affected. And there is no room to be namby-pamby about thyroid treatment, which has been lousy for 50 years.
We are dealing with a mass media that has consistently FAILED to report on the 50 year scandal in the use of T4-only medications and a 35 year scandal in the use of the lousy TSH lab. The media has also failed to take note of the huge body of thyroid patients who now have to deal with adrenal fatigue thanks to being undiagnosed or undertreated.
Equally bad, the media wears blinders about a positively huge and growing thyroid patient movement towards the successful use of desiccated thyroid and the recognition and treatment of adrenal fatigue! THYROID PATIENTS HAVE DISCOVERED THIS BY THE SEAT OF THEIR PANTS AND DESERVE PRAISE!
And I am mad as hell.
