Carla Heiser

Carla Heiser has over 25 years of clinical experience. She holds a Master’s in Nutrition with an emphasis in Nutritional Biochemistry from New York Medical College, Valhalla New York. She has completed a fellowship in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine. She is also fellowship trained in education and presentation skills, through Kelliher & Associates.

Ms. Heiser specializes in metabolic nutritional therapy. Blending advanced nutrition alongside medical approaches to optimize health outcomes. Teaching is a passion as she continually aspires to translate forward thinking and research approaches into practical, ‘can do’ strategies. Ms. Heiser focuses on using sound practices & nutrient therapy to reduce side effects, optimize medication therapies and health restoration alongside of disease prevention.

Ms. Heiser started her career in academics and research and segued to working alongside physician specialists and pharmacists to develop patient-centered nutrition & lifestyle programs. Ms. Heiser became interested in the blend of nutrition and sound medicine. By employing evidence based nutrition therapy she continues to witness the impacts of resolving an underlying cause, restoring GI and liver functionality and uses wholesome food and nutrients to maintain the momentum. People get better and improve their life quality. Ms. Heiser will remain a “student for life” including the mentorship of esteemed integrative medicine faculty continued review of the evidence based successes from Europe.

Ms. Heiser is also a managing director and board member with Cherish our Children International, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, serving children in the United States and developing countries.
